fire pits for fall

Is this not the most epic fall week ever?! The morning fog, leaves are vibrant, blue skies in the late afternoon, full moon at night. Hope you and your family have had the chance to hit up the pumpkin patch or a corn maze. Our family's favorite is Stocker's Farm up in Snohomish; never too busy and always plenty of awesome photo-op spots. One of my all-time favorites of the kiddos was the time we took the pumpkins to the pumpkin patch:

Nowadays you could spend an entire day at the pumpkin patch with most farms offering an array of family activities, including: corn mazes, hayrides, petting zoo, rides and even private fire pit rentals -- which sounds amazing! Here are a couple places nearby where you can reserve a bonfire spot Bob's Corn, Maze and Pumpkin Patch or Thomas Family Farm, both in Snohomish.

Or if you're lucky enough to have a fire pit in your own backyard, like this one here, why not rally a group of friends together and throw a Harvest Party. What a great, family-friendly way to use your backyard even as temps drop, day or night. Everyone centered around a blazing fire, staying warm with a cup of hot cider. Happy Fall everyone!
